摘要
大学生品德结构的发展是高校德育效果评价的重要内容,实践导向的品德三维结构说在这方面进行了积极的探索。在品德结构研究中引入社会文化因素,将班华品德三维结构说中的“能力维”替换为“层次维”,提出新的品德三维结构说。以浙江省A、B、C、D四所大学2020级和2021级本科生(共1061人)为研究对象,编制和发放开放性的《品德三维结构调查问卷》,分别从品德内容、品德形式和品德层次三个方面着手,对大学生品德结构进行综合分析。结果显示:在品德内容方面,与政治和法律相比,当代大学生在道德方面较为薄弱;在品德形式方面,与认知和行为相比,当代大学生在情感上的正向选择显得格外突出;在品德层次方面,与他人和社会相比,当代大学生对自我的认同度更高。
The development of college students’ moral character structure is an important evaluation content of moral education in colleges and universities.The practice-oriented three-dimensional moral structure theory has been actively explored in this regard.This paper introduces social and cultural factors into the study of moral structure,replaces“ability dimension”with“level dimension”in Ban Hua’s theory of moral structure,and proposes a new theory of three-dimensional moral structure.Undergraduate students of Year 2020 and 2021(1,061 persons in total) from university A,B,C and D in Zhejiang province were taken as the research objects.An open-ended questionnaire on the three-dimensional structure of morality was compiled and distributed,to conduct a comprehensive analysis on students’ moral structure from three aspects:the moral content,moral form and moral level.The result shows that:in terms of moral content,contemporary college students are weak,compared with politics and law;in terms of moral form,students’ positive choice of emotion is particularly prominent,compared with cognition and behavior;in terms of moral level,contemporary college students have a higher degree of self-recognition,compared with other people and society.
