摘要
客家人在迁徙过程中曾以梅州为核心地区向海内外辐射,客家菜因此也在海内外蓬勃发展,梅州客家菜在客家菜中具有代表性地位,对梅州客家菜的传承与发展研究具有重大意义。本文分析了梅州客家菜的地位和特点,论述了当前梅州客家菜的发展现状,探讨了梅州客家菜未来的传承与发展方向,为客家菜的弘扬发展提供方向。
During the migration process of Hakka people,Meizhou was the core area to spread to home and abroad,and Hakka cuisine is also flourishing at home and abroad.Meizhou Hakka cuisine has a representative position in Hakka cuisine.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the inheritance and development of Meizhou Hakka cuisine.The article analyzes the status and characteristics of Meizhou Hakka cuisine,investigate the current development status of Meizhou Hakka cuisine and summarize the future inheritance and development direction of Meizhou Hakka cuisine,which can provide directions for the promotion and development of Hakka cuisine.
