摘要
目的:探讨西黄丸联合针灸对非小细胞肺癌免疫功能及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年3月北京市丰台中西医结合医院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用西黄丸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合针灸治疗。比较2组患者治疗疾病控制率,比较2组患者治疗前后细胞免疫、体液免疫、FACT-L生命质量评分,比较2组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:1)治疗后,观察组患者疾病控制率为94.12%,明显高于对照组患者的76.47%(P<0.05);2)观察组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、自然杀伤细胞水平显然高于对照组(P<0.05);3)观察组组体液免疫指标水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);4)观察组患者活动能力状况、日常生活状况、情感状况、其他因素领域分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);5)观察组不良反应总发生率为11.76%,明显低于对照组的35.29%(P<0.05)。结论:西黄丸联合针灸对非小细胞肺癌的治疗,可调节免疫,改善患者生命质量,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xihuang Pills combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the immune function and quality of life of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods:A total of 68 NSCLC patients admitted in Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xihuang Pills,and the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients,and the cellular immunity,humoral immunity,and the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung(FACT-L)scores of the two groups of patients were also compared before and after treatment.Results:1)The total effective rate of treatment in the control group after treatment was 76.47%,which was lower than that(94.12%)in the observation group(P<0.05).2)The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+) and natural killer cell(NK)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).3)Compared with the condition in the control group,the humoral immunity in the observation group increased after treatment(P<0.05).4)In terms of the activity,daily life,emotional well-being,and other factors after treatment,the observation group had higher scores than the control group,and the FACT-L score increased(P<0.05).5)The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.76%,which was lower than that(35.29%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xihuang Pills combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of NSCLC could regulate immunity and improve the quality of life of patients.Thus it was worthy of clinical promotion.
