摘要
目的观察苍龟探穴针法对梨状肌综合征急性疼痛发作的临床疗效。方法将72例急性疼痛发作的梨状肌综合征患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各36例,观察组给予苍龟探穴针法治疗,对照组给予常规针刺手法治疗,两组患者均治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)的变化情况,并比较两组即时显效率和临床疗效。结果治疗后两组VAS及ODI评分均比治疗前低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS、ODI评分组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组即时显效率为83.33%,高于对照组的47.22%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论苍龟探穴针法治疗梨状肌综合征急性疼痛发作患者疗效确切,能明显缓解疼痛,改善肢体功能障碍。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Cangguitanxue acupuncture method on acute pain at⁃tacks of piriformis syndrome.Methods:A total of 72 patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Cangguitanxue acupuncture method,and the control group received conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 2 courses.The changes of Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the immediate marked rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was statistically significant difference in the VAS,ODI score between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The immediate effective rate was 83.33%in the observation group and 47.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 91.67%in observation group and 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was significantly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Canggui⁃tanxue acupuncture is effective in treating patients with acute pain attack of piriformis syndrome,which can signifi⁃cantly relieve pain and improve limb dysfunction.
