摘要
本文对三钢4号高炉(1050m^(3))炉缸工作状态差的主要原因进行了分析。通过改善原燃料质量,提高鼓风动能,优化装料制度,生产中维持较好的物理热和适宜的炉渣碱度,加强炉前管理等措施,4号高炉的炉缸活跃性得到提高,高炉主要经济技术指标有了进步。
This paper analyzes the main reasons for the poor working state of hearth of No.4 blast furnace in Sansteel.By improve the quality management for raw materials and fuels,ncreasing blast kinetic energy,optimize loading system,keeping abundant physical heat and suitable slag basicity in production,strengthening the management of BF workers,the No.4 BF hearth activity was improved,the BF therefore all indexes were improved obviously.
