摘要
为了提高鞍钢3号高炉(3200 m^3)炉缸活跃程度,对造成炉缸工作状态差的主要原因进行了分析。通过采取加强原燃料质量管理、控制煤比在合理范围、保持充沛的物理热和合适的炉渣碱度、提高鼓风动能、优化钒钛矿使用模式、加强炉前出铁组织等措施,提升了炉缸活跃程度,高炉稳定顺行,各项指标均有明显进步。
In order to improve the hearth activity of No.3(3200 m^3)BF in Ansteel,the main causes leading to the poor working condition in the hearth were analyzed.By taking measures such as strengthening the quality management for raw materials and fuels,controlling the coal ratio within the suitable range,keeping abundant physical heat and suitable slag basicity,increasing blast kinetic energy,optimizing the usage model for schreyerite and strengthening the arrangements for tapping from BF,the hearth activity was improved,the BF was in smooth operation and therefore all indexes were improved obviously.
