摘要
针对柔性角接触球轴承的振动,建立计入波纹度的柔性角接触球轴承动力学模型,该模型考虑了润滑和轴承内外圈表面波纹度对轴承动力学的影响。在此基础上研究了轴承内外圈波纹度幅值对角接触球轴承振动的影响,仿真结果表明:角接触球轴承的振动随内外圈波纹度幅值的增加而增强,柔性环的振动比刚性圈体的振动大,波纹度阶数也会影响加速度的特征频率,且在旋转过程中产生的柔性变形加剧了内外圈波纹度对振动的影响。搭建轴承振动实验台,验证了动力学模型的正确性。
Aiming at the vibration of flexible angular contact ball bearing,a dynamic model of flexible angular contact ball bear⁃ing considering waviness was proposed.In the model,the effects of lubrication and surface waviness of inner and outer ring on bearing dynamics were considered.On this basis,the influence of the inner and outer ring waviness amplitude of the bearing on the vibration of the angular contact ball bearing was studied.The simulation results show that the vibration of the angular contact ball bearing increa⁃ses with the increase of the inner and outer ring waviness amplitude;the vibration of the flexible ring body is larger than that of the rig⁃id ring body;the waviness order affects the characteristic frequency of the acceleration;the flexible deformation in the process of rota⁃tion intensifies the influence of inner and outer ring waviness on vibration.A bearing vibration test-bed was built to verify the correct⁃ness of the dynamic model.
