摘要
根据圆柱滚子轴承各零件间的几何关系,推导出轴承几何协调方程,将几何协调方程与载荷平衡方程联立进行迭代求解,建立基于载荷平衡与几何协调共同作用下轴承旋转精度的数学模型,研究了内圈滚道圆度误差谐波幅值、谐波阶次对轴承内圈径向跳动的影响。研究结果表明:随着内圈滚道圆度误差幅值增大,轴承内圈径向跳动增大;当轴承径向载荷增大时,内圈径向跳动变小;随着内圈滚道圆度误差阶次的变化,轴承内圈径向跳动呈现出波动,波动程度与轴承径向载荷有关;当轴承滚子个数与内圈圆度误差阶次呈整数倍时,内圈径向跳动最大。
According to the geometric relationships of cylindrical roller bearing parts, the geometric compatibility equation of the bearing is derived. Based on the load balance and geometric compatibility, the mathematical model of the rotation accuracy of the inner ring is established by iterative solving geometric compatibility equation and load balance equation. The effect of harmonic amplitude and order for roundness error of inner ring raceway on the radial runout of bearing inner ring is researched. The research results show that the radial runout of bearing inner ring increases with the harmonic amplitude of roundness error for inner ring raceway;When the radial load of bearing increases, the radial runout of inner ring becomes smaller. The radial runout of bearing inner ring fluctuates as the order of roundness error for bearing inner ring raceway changes. And the fluctuation degree is related to radial load of bearing. The value of radial runout is maximum when the number of roller bearing inner ring is integer times of the order of roundness error.
