摘要
针对圆弧形凸台板式换热器的结构,用FLUENT软件对圆弧形凸台板片模型进行数值计算,将模拟结果与相关文献中的试验数据进行对比分析,验证了本模型仿真的可靠性。采用强化传热系数法对板片结构参数进行综合性能评价,得到不同参数对换热器传热性能的影响规律。建立均匀试验设计方案,对各试验组进行流场模拟,运用MATLAB软件对模拟数据拟合传热和阻力性能关联式,为今后类似的凸台板式换热器的设计研究提供经验。
Aiming at the structure of the circular arc convex plate type heat exchanger,the circular arc convex plate model was numerically calculated with FLUENT software,including having the simulation results compared with the experimental data in related literature to verify reliability of this model simulation;meanwhile,the comprehensive performance of the plate structure parameters was evaluated by the enhanced heat transfer coefficient method to obtain the rule of heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger affected by different parameters,including establishing a consistent experimental design plan to simulate flow field of each test group and using MATLAB software to fit the simulation data to get correlation equation of the heat transfer and resistance performance so as to provide the experience for design of similar convex plate heat exchangers later.
