摘要
城市供热管网包含大量管道和换热设备,具有大容量的储能。为了提高供热机组调峰调频能力,利用热网储能,提出了一种带供热前馈的供热机组协调控制方案。经特性分析和现场数据验证,改变供热快关阀开度,能够利用热网蓄热快速改变机组发电负荷。针对热网蓄热调节负荷迅速这一特点,采用速率限制非线性分解方法将机组负荷指令信号中的快变部分分解出来作为供热前馈加在快关阀开度指令上。在原有炉跟机协调控制系统中引入前馈信号不影响原有系统的稳定性,利于工程应用。仿真结果表明,该方案能够利用热网蓄热有效减少供热机组机前压力波动,从而使机组在运行允许范围内接受3%Pe/min的变负荷速率,提高了机组参与调峰调频的能力。
Heat supply net contains a large number of tubes and heat exchangers in which contain large capacity energy storage. To enhance the frequency control and peak load regulation in grid,energy storage in heat supply net was utilized and a coordinated control method with heat supply feedforward part was proposed. Characteristic analysis and experimental data showed that unit power generation changes quickly by regulation of heat supply emergency cut-off valves. In the light of rapid regulating characteristic of heat supply net thermal storage,fast varying part of the unit load command was separated by rate limiting nonlinear decomposition method and added to emergency cut-off valve command as a feedforward signal. Including the heat supply feedforward part,a coordinated control method based on the existed boilerfollowing coordinated control scheme was purposed. The feedforward control won't change the stability of system and is easy to engineering implementation. Simulation results show that,this control method reduce throttle pressure fluctuation effectively by usage of net thermal storage; so the units can accept 3%Pe/min load changing rate,which enhances frequency control and peak load regulation ability of heat supply units.
