不同龄期及密度泡沫混凝土微观结构及水化特性 被引量:5

Microstructure and hydration characteristics of foamed concrete at different ages and densities

摘要 采用压汞试验,扫描电镜(Scanning electron microscope,SEM)及X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer,XRD)对3种密度的泡沫混凝土的微观结构及水化产物进行研究。通过压汞试验及SEM得到泡沫混凝土的孔隙率,孔径分布及内部微观形貌。结果表明泡沫混凝土的孔隙率,最可几孔径及临界孔径均随密度的增大而减小,气孔间基质随密度的增大而趋于紧密,结晶更完整,气孔的初始缺陷及损伤减少。通过XRD试验分析泡沫混凝土不同龄期的水化产物,得到分析图谱。结果表明不同龄期的水化产物大致相同,随着龄期的增长,泡沫混凝土水化过程中不断生成钙矾石晶体,结晶程度逐渐提高。 The microstructure and hydration products of foamed concrete of three densities are studied by means of mercury injection test,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The porosity,pore size distribution and internal microstructure of foamed concrete are obtained by mercury injection test and SEM.The results show that the porosity,the most probable pore diameter and critical pore size of foamed concrete decrease with the increase of density.The matrix between pores tends to be compact with the increase of density,the crystallization is more complete,and the initial defect and damage in pores are reduced.The hydration products of foamed concrete at different ages are analyzed by XRD test.The results show that the hydration products at different ages are approximately the same.With the growth of curing age,ettringite crystals are continuously generated during the hydration process of foamed concrete,and the degree of crystallization gradually increase.
