摘要
研究了玻化微珠掺量、再生粗细骨料取代率对再生保温混凝土力学性能的影响,玻化微珠掺量分别为混凝土总体积的120%、110%、100%、90%、80%、60%,再生粗骨料取代率为100%,再生细骨料的取代率分别为0、50%、100%,并对各组试块进行了龄期为7 d与28 d的立方体抗压强度试验和导热系数试验,结果表明,再生粗骨料取代率为100%、再生细骨料取代率为50%时,混凝土抗压强度最大,能够达到C30混凝土的设计值;随着玻化微珠掺量的增加,再生混凝土抗压强度随之降低,导热系数明显降低。
The influence of the glazed hollow bead adding amount, the replacement ratio of recycled coarse and fine aggregate on mechanical properties of recycled insulating concrete is experimental studied. The glazed hollow bead adding amount is 120%, 110%, 100%, 90%, 80%, 60% of concrete volume, the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is 100%, and recycled fine aggregate replacement ratio is 0%,50%, 100% respectively,and the cube compressive strength and thermal conductivity are tested with 7 d and 28 d age. It is showed that the cube compressive strength is the highest with matching C30 design value when the rePlacement ratio of recycled coarse and fine aggregate is 100% and 50% respectively. And with the increment of the glazed hollow bead adding amount,the cube compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the recycled insulating concrete are both decreased.
