摘要习近平生态文明思想是推进农业绿色发展的根本指导思想。党的十八大以来,在习近平生态文明思想的指导下,我国农业绿色发展取得前所未有的突出成就。多方面数据表明,我国不仅历史性地实现了化肥农药使用量零增长,而且水土资源利用效率显著提高,同时建立了完善的农业绿色发展制度体系。推进农业绿色发展需坚持党对生态文明建设的领导、坚持以人民为中心的发展思想和坚持走中国特色的农业现代化发展道路。进入新发展阶段,必须坚持新发展理念,在以绿色发展促进农业高质量发展的同时,充分利用好两个市场两种资源减轻国内农业资源环境压力,推动乡村生态全面振兴。 Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization is the ultimate guiding ideology for promoting the green development of agriculture.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, the green development of China’s agriculture has, under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, achieved unprecedent outstanding achievements.Data show that our country has not only historically realized zero growth of the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, but also increased the utilization efficiency of water and soil resources apparently.Meanwhile, a complete institutional system for green development of agriculture has been established.To promote the green development of agriculture, we must stick to the Party’s leadership over the construction of ecological civilization, persist in the people-centered philosophy of development, and adhere to the development path of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.As China has entered a new stage of development, we must keep in mind the new development philosophy and, at the same time when promoting the high-quality development of agriculture by green development, make good use of the two markets and the two kinds of resources to reduce the environmental stress of domestic agricultural resources, so as to promote the all-around revitalization of rural ecology.
