摘要
                
                    水污染防治行动计划的落实,对于改善区域水环境有重大意义。文章以国控断面王江泾为研究对象,对断面达标方案制定的重点工程实施情况及实施效果展开调查,对环境效益进行测算,利用2016年-2020年的例行监测数据对断面及所在河流水质变化规律进行分析,对产生的水环境治理效果进行评估,并提出存在的不足与建议。定期开展工程实施与水质改善的效果评估也有利于及时发现存在的问题,不断调整治理的方向,以达到最优的效果。
                
                The implementation of the water pollution prevention and control action plan was of great significance for improving the regional water environment. Wangjiangjing of the state-controlled section was taken as the research object, and the implementation and effect of key projects formulated in the section compliance plan was investigated. Combined with the water quality change trend of the section and the river where it was located in the past five years, the water environment governance effect was evaluated. The paper proposed problems and tough measures to continuously improve water quality. It evaluated the effect of project implementation and water quality improvement was also conducive to timely detection of existing problems and constant adjustment of the direction of governance to achieve the best results.
