摘要
深入分析“互联网+”下我国连锁药店中药饮片质量监管现状及存在的问题,从饮片质量执行标准不一、监管队伍建设有待加强、连锁药店自我监管能力薄弱、监管数据平台尚未实现共建共享及公众参与监管力度有待提高等问题作为切入点,进一步探讨我国连锁药店中药饮片质量监管发展对策,提出应完善中药饮片质量监管政策制度;建设专业性强、素质高的中药饮片质量监管队伍;加强连锁药店中药饮片自我监管能力;建立监管部门协作机制及建立中药饮片质量的社会公众监管机制等对策建议。期望为医药同仁今后探索研究连锁药店中药饮片质量监管政策提供参考,同时助力国家中药饮片质量安全监管和科学监管工作。
In-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of quality supervision of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in chain pharmacies in my country under"Internet+".The starting point is the different implementation standards for the quality of decoction pieces,the need to strengthen the construction of the supervision team,the weak self-supervision ability of chain pharmacies,the lack of co-construction and sharing of the supervision data platform,and the need to improve the supervision of public participation.This paper further discusses the development countermeasures for the quality supervision of Chinese herbal decoction pieces in chain pharmacies in my country,and proposes to improve the policy system for the quality supervision of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces;build a professional and high-quality TCM decoction pieces quality supervision team;strengthen the self-supervision ability of chain pharmacies for TCM decoction pieces;establish a coordination mechanism for supervision departments and establish a social public supervision mechanism for the quality of TCM decoction pieces and other countermeasures and suggestions.It is expected to provide reference for pharmaceutical colleagues to explore and study the quality supervision policy of Chinese herbal pieces in chain pharmacies in the future,and at the same time help the national quality and safety supervision and scientific supervision of Chinese medicine pieces.
