摘要目的观察精神科护理人员临床路径管理的实施效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月在本院精神科工作的护理人员10名为参比组,此阶段应用传统方式管理。选取2021年3月—2022年3月在本院精神科工作的护理人员10名为观察组,此阶段应用临床路径管理。比较两组精神科护理人员管理后的专业成绩、专业能力、负责患者的管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组专业成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组专业能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对精神科护理人员进行管理时,应用临床路径管理能够增强护理人员专业水平,锻炼其专业能力,提高负责患者的管理满意度,值得应用。 Objective To observe the effect of clinical pathway management in psychiatric nursing staff.Methods 10 nursing staff working in the psychiatric department of our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the reference group,applied traditional methods manage at this stage.10 nursing staff working in the psychiatric department of our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group,applied clinical pathway management at this stage.The professional performance,professional ability,and management satisfaction of responsible patients were compared between the two groups of psychiatric nurses after management.Results After management,the professional performance of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The professional ability of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the responsible patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of psychiatric nursing staff,the application of clinical pathway management can enhance the professional level of nursing staff,exercise their professional ability,and improve the management satisfaction of responsible patients,which is worthy of application.
