摘要
本文对历史各阶段(里坊—街巷—单位制社区—商品房社区)的城市居住空间形态演变特征进行了分析:空间特征经历了由封闭到开放再到封闭再到逐渐开放的转变;功能特征经历了由分异到混合再到分异再到逐渐混合的过程;肌理特征由规整、细腻到松散、混乱。同时,也深刻剖析了各阶段城市居住空间形态受到的中西方规划思想及文化的影响。以昆明主城区为例,研究其现存的城市居住空间形态类别,并在对城市居住空间形态的演变特征分析的基础上,对信息时代未来的居住空间形态进行预测。
Through the analysis on the evolution characteristics of urban residential space in various historical stages(lifang–streets and lanes-unit system communities-commercial housing communities),it is found that the spatial characteristics have changed from closed to open,then closed and then gradually opened;functional characteristics have undergone the process from different to mixing,then to differentiation,and then to gradual mixing;the texture features changes from regular and delicate to loose and chaotic.At the same time,it also deeply analyzes the influence of Chinese and Western planning thoughts and cultures on the urban residential space at various stages.Taking the main urban area of Kunming as an example,it studies the types of the existing urban residential space forms,and predicts the future residential space forms in the information age based on the analysis on the evolution characteristics of urban residential space forms.
