摘要高校劳动教育守正创新是坚持和发展马克思主义劳动教育思想的必然要求,是坚守意识形态本位的必然要求,是夯实我国劳动文化育人优势的必然要求。我国高校劳动教育守正创新,最根本的就是把坚守我国高校劳动教育的优良传统与深化新时代高校劳动教育模式、理念、机制创新结合起来,坚守马克思主义劳动教育思想的“理论之正”,坚守劳动教育为党育才、为国育人的“价值之正”,坚守劳动“文化之正”,创新时代我国高校劳动教育模式之“新”、理念之“新”、机制之“新”。“守正”与“创新”的统一是新时代高校劳动教育发展的根本之策。守正创新重在创新,要创新以“现代人格发展”为特征的劳动教育理念,创新以“体系化”为特征的劳动教育模式,创新以“塑造劳动信仰”为导向的劳动教育机制。 The integrity and innovation of labor education in universities is an inevitable requirement for adhering to and developing Marxist labor education thought,maintaining ideological and political security,and consolidating the educational advantages of labor culture in China.The most fundamental innovation of labor education in China is to combine the glorious traditional labor education of the Chinese nation with the innovation of labor education in universites in the mode,concept and mechanism in the new era.In a word,labor education in universities should adhere to Marxist labor education thought,adhere to the requirements of labor education for educating talents for the party and the country,adhere to the essence of traditonal Chinese labor education thought,and make a breakthrough in the mode,concept and mechanism of labor education in universities in China.The unity of inheritance and innovation is the fundamental policy for the development of labor education in the new era.Innovation is the core of inheritance and innovation,which is reflected in the labor concept characterized by“modern personality development”,the labor education model characterized by“systematization”,and the labor education mechanism guided by shaping labor beliefs.
