摘要
中等职业教育的高质量发展与乡村振兴具有内在的逻辑自洽。运用综合评价模型、耦合协调模型和空间相关性分析对2010—2020年我国31个省域的中等职业教育高质量发展水平与乡村振兴水平以及二者耦合协调度进行评价。结果表明:我国中等职业教育高质量发展水平与乡村振兴水平及二者耦合协调度均不断提高,但区域发展不均衡;中等职业教育高质量发展与乡村振兴呈现耦合协调现象,但以初级协调型为主,耦合协调度尚待提升;耦合协调度存在显著的空间聚集现象,主要表现为东部地区的高-高集聚与西部地区的低-低集聚。为了使中等职业教育高质量发展与乡村振兴进一步耦合协调发展,应明晰中等职业教育高质量发展耦合乡村振兴的作用机理,创新中等职业教育高质量发展助力乡村振兴发展方式,强化中等职业教育高质量发展支撑乡村教育的体系建设,挖掘中等职业教育高质量发展与乡村振兴的特色区域关联。
Secondary vocational education’s high-quality development has inherent logic and self-consistency with rural revitalization.Using comprehensive evaluation model,coupled coordination model and spatial correlation analysis,this paper evaluated the secondary vocational education’s high-quality development level,rural revitalization level and their coupling coordination degree in 31 provinces of China from 2010 to2020.The results show that the level of secondary vocational education’s high-quality development and rural revitalization and their coupling coordination in China is improving,but the regional development is in imbalance.The secondary vocational education high-quality development and rural revitalization show a coupling coordination phenomenon,but the primary coordination is the main type,and the coupling coordination degree needs to be improved.Moreover,there is a significant spatial aggregation phenomenon in the coupling coordination degree,which is mainly manifested as high-high aggregation in the eastern region and low-low aggregation in the western region.In order to further coupling and coordinated development of secondary vocational education high-quality development and rural revitalization,suggestions are put forward from clarifying the mechanism of secondary vocational education high-quality development coupling with rural revitalization,promoting secondary vocational education high-quality development to innovate the development mode of rural revitalization,strengthening the system construction of secondary vocational education high-quality development supporting rural education,and excavating the characteristic regional connection between secondary vocational education high-quality development and rural revitalization.
