基于电磁-结构耦合的异步电机外特性优化 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善电动汽车的动力性能,提出一种基于电磁-结构耦合分析的异步电机外特性优化方法.首先,根据等效电路分析了电机外特性(基速和最大输出功率)的影响因素,选择定子槽口宽度、转子槽宽、转子槽口高、转子槽深作为设计变量;其次,利用拉丁超立方实验和仿真方法获取了样本及相应的目标参数值,并建立了目标函数的克里金(Kriging)代理模型、径向基函数(RBF)及响应面方法(RSM)代理模型;最后,以效率为约束建立了优化模型,并用多目标优化算法进行参数优化.结果表明:相比原始设计,优化后的电机基速和最大输出功率分别增大了45.04 r/min和0.69 kW. To improve the dynamic performance of electric vehicles,an external characteristics optimization method of asynchronous motor based on the electromagnetic-structural coupling analysis was proposed. Firstly,factors that influence the motor external characteristics(speed and maximum output power) were analyzed based on the equivalent circuit and the stator slot slit width,rotor slot width,rotor slit width,rotor slot depth were selected as design variables.Then,the Latin hypercube approach and simulation method were used to obtain the samples and corresponding target parameter values. The Kriging,radial basis function(RBF) and response surface method(RSM) surrogate models of objectives were established. Finally,the optimization model was established with the efficiency constraint,and the parameters were optimized by multi-objective optimization algorithms.The results suggest that compared with the original design,the optimized speed and maximum output power increase by 45.04 r/min and 0.69 kW,respectively.
