基于二维有限元法的感应电机T型等效电路参数的分析与计算 被引量:5

Analysis and Calculation of T-type Equivalent Circuit Parameters of Induction Machines Based on Two Dimensional Finite Element Method

摘要 感应电机等效电路参数的准确计算对电机的性能预测和精确控制有重要意义。该文对大型高压笼型感应电机建立有限元模型,利用二维时谐场计算结果求解多转差下转子电阻折算值。分析定转子齿顶漏磁链路径,判断是否改变定转子气隙材料属性,在不同转差下,采用冻结磁导率求解定子槽漏感和齿顶漏感以及转子槽漏感折算值。利用等效电路参数以及节点电流方程、回路电压方程求解相应等效励磁电阻和励磁电感。最后,根据等效电路参数得到转矩随转差的变化曲线,并与有限元转矩随转差变化曲线对比,同时将计算所得转子铜耗和电磁转矩与有限元结果及负载试验数据对比,验证了文中求取等效电路参数方法的正确性,为异步电机等效电路建模提供了参考。 The accuracy of equivalent circuit parameters plays an essential ploy in the performance prediction and precise control of induction machines.A finite element model was built for a large high-voltage induction machine in this paper.Rotor resistance,referred to the stator coordinate,was calculated using two dimensional time harmonic solution with different slip results.Based on the leakage flux distribution around the tooth tip,the air-gap material was selected to change or not.The frozen permeability method was used to estimate the stator slot leakage inductance,tooth tip leakage inductance,and rotor slot leakage inductance referred to the stator coordinate.Magnetizing resistance and inductance were evaluated from the current and voltage equations at the nodes and within the loops.Finally,compared with the finite element analysis results,the torque curve as a function of the slip was obtained from the equivalent circuit parameters.Meanwhile,the comparisons of the rotor Joules loss and electromagnetic torque among equivalent circuit computation,finite element analysis and on-load tests were presented,which verified that the proposed method is correct.The proposed method also lays a foundation for the modeling of the equivalent circuit of induction machines.
