玄武岩纤维沥青混合料高温性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过车辙、单轴贯入、动态模量、动态蠕变试验,研究了Sup-13、Sup-20和Sup-25等3种级配在掺加玄武岩纤维和改变最大公称粒径前后,沥青混合料高温性能指标的变化,并将试验数据进行曲线拟合,系统分析了玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的高温性能。结果表明,4种试验方法中掺入玄武岩纤维后沥青混合料的动稳定度、贯入强度、动态模量、流变次数均有提高,增大最大公称粒径后除了贯入强度,其余3项指标也都有提高,且玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的动稳定度与贯入强度和流变次数之间有着正相关的线性关系,为玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的高温性能研究构建系统模型提供了一定的理论基础。 In this paper, the rutting, uniaxial penetration, dynamic modulus and dynamic creep tests are carried out to study the changes of asphalt mixture high temperature performance indexes of sup-13, sup-20 and sup-25 before and after adding basalt fiber and changing the maximum nominal particle size. The indexes under test are fitted by curve, and the high temperature performance of basalt fiber asphalt mixture is analyzed systematically. The results show that the dynamic stability, penetration strength, dynamic modulus and rheological times of asphalt mixture are improved after adding basalt fiber in the four test methods. Besides the penetration strength, the other three indexes are also improved after increasing the maximum nominal particle size, and there is a positive linear relationship between the dynamic stability of basalt fiber asphalt mixture and the penetration strength and rheological times. The results provide a theoretical basis for the construction of system model for study of high temperature performance of basalt fiber asphalt mixture.
