摘要
目的:分析产后抑郁症治疗中应用高频重复经颅磁刺激联合普通针刺的效果。方法:筛选2021年3月-2022年1月阳江市公共卫生医院50例产后抑郁症患者,按照随机数表法分组,对照组(n=25)给予抗抑郁药联合经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组(n=25)给予高频重复经颅磁刺激联合普通针刺治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.357,P=0.021)。治疗后观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、症状自评量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组阴性症状量表评分、阳性症状评定量表评分及舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.500,P=0.033)。观察组心电图总异常率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.152,P=0.042)。结论:高频重复经颅磁刺激联合普通针刺在产后抑郁症治疗中安全性及有效性较高,既可改善患者心理状态及睡眠质量,亦可避免发生心电图异常情况,值得借鉴。
Objective:To analyze the effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum depression.Methods:From March 2021 to January 2022,50 patients with postpartum depression in Yangjiang Public Health Hospital were screened and grouped according to the random number table method.The control group(n=25)received antidepressants combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the observation group(n=25)received high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with ordinary acupuncture.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.357,P=0.021).After treatment,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale,depression self-rating scale,symptom self-rating scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the negative symptom scale score,positive symptom rating scale score,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.500,P=0.033).The total rate of abnormal electrocardiogram in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.152,P=0.042).Conclusion:High-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with ordinary acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of postpartum depression.It can not only improve the psychological state and sleep quality of patients,but also avoid the occurrence of abnormal electrocardiogram,which is worthy of reference.
