摘要
介绍了一种新型PVC-U轴向中空壁管材和系列连接件。结合国家标准《埋地排水用硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)结构壁管道系统》(GB/T 18477.3-2019)的具体要求,详细分析了新型PVC-U轴向中空壁管的结构特点、物理力学性能、耐久性、管道系统密封性、经济性能等。经过各类管道性能指标对比发现:轴向中空管材的全生命周期成本与钢筋混凝土管相比降低了60%~70%,具有良好的投资性价比,在城市市政排水工程中具有广阔的使用前景。PVC-U轴向中空壁管已经成功应用于深圳、惠州、保定、潍坊等地区的雨污分流改造工程中,并取得良好的使用效果。
This paper introduces a new type of PVC-U axial hollow wall pipe and a series of connectors.Combined with the specific requirements of the national standard Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC-U)Structural Wall Pipe System for Underground Drainage(GB/T 18477.3-2019),the structural characteristics,physical and mechanical properties,durability,sealing performance and economic performance of the new PVC-U axial hollow wall pipe are analyzed in detail.Through the comparison of various pipeline performance indicators,it is found that:the life cycle cost of axial hollow pipe is reduced by 60%~70%,which has good investment cost performance,and has a broad application prospect in urban municipal drainage engineering.PVC-U axial hollow wall pipe has been successfully used in the rainwater and sewage diversion reconstruction projects in Shenzhen,Huizhou,Baoding,Weifang and other areas,and has achieved good results.
