摘要
随着经济的发展,居民收入的提高,人们对食品质量的要求越来越高。针对目前食品行业存在的从业人员卫生安全意识淡薄、食品行业标准化流程不完善以及食品监管不到位等问题,本文通过建立完善的食品标准化体系,为食品企业生产加工和相关部门的监督建立了一套全面的依据,从食品标准化的角度对保障食品质量安全进行探讨,以期为相关人员提供参考。
With the development of economy and the improvement of residents’income,people have higher and higher requirements for food quality.In view of the current food industry,the employees’health and safety awareness is weak,the food industry standardization process is not perfect,and the food supervision is not in place,through the establishment of a perfect food standardization system,for the food enterprise production and processing and the supervision of relevant departments to establish a set of comprehensive basis,from the perspective of food standardization to discuss the guarantee of food quality and safety,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
