摘要
为消除6xxx系铝材表面拉毛缺陷并同时抑制阳极氧化后铝材表面粗晶缺陷的暴露,以LZM-032A型材为例对氧化前处理工艺参数及工艺流程进行改进,并用不同型材对试验结果进行验证。结果表明,采用脱脂除油→碱蚀→酸蚀→中和的工艺流程处理,碱蚀3min~5min,酸蚀4min~5min,可以有效去除032A型号产品表面颗粒拉毛缺陷,掩盖粗晶;6xxx系其他合金型号的有粗晶产品,可按照试验出的工艺流程及参数氧化处理,粗晶缺陷掩盖效果理想;6082内控合金的有粗晶产品在产品表面质量较好时,可不碱蚀或碱蚀时间足够短,后酸蚀氧化处理,粗晶掩盖程度较好。
In order to eliminate the surface brushing defects of 6xxx series aluminum and suppress the exposure of coarse-crystal defects on the surface of aluminum after anodic oxidation,the pretreatment parameters and process flow of LZM-032A profile are improved,and the experimental results are verified with different profiles.The results show that the process of degreasing oil removal,alkali etching,acid etching,neutralization,alkali etching 3min~5min,acid etching 4min~5min,can effectively remove the particle galling defects on the surface of model 032A product and cover the coarse.6xxx is coarse-grained product of other alloy models,which can be oxidized according to the technological process and parameters tested,and the coarse-grained defects can be covered satiafactorily.When the surface quality of 6082 internal control alloy is good,the coarse-grained products can not be corroded or the corroded time is short enough,and the coarse-grained products are well covered by acid etching and oxidation treatment.
