摘要
铝合金焊接件的氧化处理,可以提高焊接件表面性能,延长焊接件使用寿命。部分焊接件氧化后表面出现黄线、晕圈等外观不良现象。初步分析为:焊接时高温促使铝合金中强化相或合金元素析出,或焊后保护气边缘黑色物质渗入基体,经前处理工艺后显现。通过对6082铝合金的焊接件氧化前处理工艺进行研究,发现采用酸蚀时间3 min、酸蚀温度40℃;碱蚀时间5 min、碱蚀温度50℃,进行前处理可以有效掩盖表面黄线,效果较好。
The oxidation treatment of aluminum alloy welding parts can improve the surface performance and prolong service life of welding parts.The oxidized surface of some welding parts appears yellow lines,halos and other appearance defects.The preliminary analysis is that high temperature promotes the precipitation of strengthening phase or alloy elements in the aluminum alloy during welding,or the black substances at the edge of protective gas penetrates the matrix,and appears after the pretreatment process.The oxidation pretreatment process of 6082 aluminum alloy is studied.After acid etching 3 min at 40℃,and alkali etching 5 min at 50℃,the surface yellow line is effectively covered and the effect is good.
