摘要
由于微波穿透能力强,衰减小的特性,利用微波可对处于复杂工况下难以检测的钢板、储罐底板等进行检测。利用微波反射法对钢板表面缺陷情况进行检测,通过对矩形波导中的传播模式及频率的选择,选取钢板缺陷检测的最佳微波传播模式以及最佳传播频率。矢量网络分析仪发射和接收微波,通过接收微波反射波信号的回波损耗对缺陷检测能力进行判定,分别对频率范围为2.58~5.17 GHz、2.58~5.26 GHz、2.58~5.86 GHz、2.58~7.38 GHz的钢板缺陷处的微波反射波信号进行分析并且计算不同频率下的微波传播模态,确定微波最佳检测频率。对不同频率下的微波传播模态进行分析,得出微波最佳检测频率范围为5.5~6 GHz,TE_(01),TM_(11)模式对钢板表面缺陷具有很好的检测能力。
Due to the strong penetration of microwaves and low attenuation,microwaves can be used to detect steel plates and storage tank bottom plates that are difficult to detect under complex operating conditions.The microwave reflection method was used to detect the surface defects of the steel plate.Through the selection of the propagation mode and frequency in the rectangular waveguide,the best microwave propagation mode and the best propagation frequency for the detection of steel plate defects were selected.The vector network analyzer transmitted and received microwaves,and judged the defect detection ability by the return loss of the received microwave reflected wave signals.The frequency ranges were 2.58~5.17 GHz,2.58~5.26 GHz,2.58~5.86 GHz,and 2.58~7.38 GHz.The microwave reflected wave signal at the steel plate defect was analyzed and the microwave propagation mode at different frequencies was calculated to determine the best microwave detection frequency.Analyzing the propagation modes of microwaves at different frequencies,it is concluded that the best microwave detection frequency range is 5.5~6 GHz.TE_(01) and TM_(11) mode has a good detection ability for steel surface defects.
