摘要
目的比较自体微粒皮移植术和邮票植皮术在修复深度烧伤创面中的应用效果。方法抽取2016年1月至2020年11月新乡市第二人民医院收治的深度烧伤患者42例,依据手术方案分为A组与B组,每组21例。A组采用自体微粒皮移植术,B组采用邮票植皮术。比较两组临床效果、瘢痕发生情况、日常生活能力改良Barthel指数(MBI)、并发症发生率。结果A组总有效率(95.24%,20/21)与B组(71.43%,15/21)比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组瘢痕发生情况优于B组(P<0.05)。出院时、术后3个月、术后6个月,A组温哥华瘢痕量表、患者瘢痕评价量表评分低于B组(t=3.89、5.56、22.33、2.95、7.48、8.48,P均<0.05),A组MBI评分高于B组(t=5.93、4.61、4.39,P均<0.05)。A组并发症发生率(4.76%,1/21)与B组(14.28%,3/21)比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自体微粒皮移植术和邮票植皮术在修复深度烧伤创面中均具有一定临床效果和安全性,自体微粒皮移植术可改善瘢痕发生情况,提高患者日常生活能力。
Objective To compare the application effects of autologous microne skin grafting and stamp skin grafting in repairing deep burn wounds.Methods Forty-two patients with deep burn who were admitted to Xinxiang Second People’s Hospital from January 2016 to November 2020 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the operation plans,with 21 cases in each group.Group A was treated by autologous microne skin grafting,and group B was treated by stamp skin grafting.The clinical effect,occurrence of scar,modified Barthel index(MBI)of daily living ability,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between group A(95.24%,20/21)and group B(71.43%,15/21),P>0.05.The incidence of scar of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.05).At discharge,3 months after operation,and 6 months after operation,the scores of Vancouver scar scale and patient scar evaluation scale in group A were lower than those in group B(t=3.89,5.56,22.33,2.95,7.48,8.48;all P<0.05),and the MBI score of group A was higher than that of group B(t=5.93,4.61,4.39;all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between group A(4.76%,1/21)and group B(14.28%,3/21),P>0.05.Conclusions Both autologous microne skin grafting and stamp skin grafting have certain clinical effects and safety in repairing deep burn wounds.While the autologous microskin grafting can improve the occurrence of scars,and improve the daily living ability of patients.
