摘要
栗子壳废渣用ZnCl_(2)活化,制备栗子壳活性炭,吸附溶液中的活性大红。考察了浸渍比、浸渍时间、活化温度、活化时间对栗子壳活性炭吸附性能的影响。结果表明,活性炭制备的最佳条件为:浸渍比1∶12.5 g/mL,浸渍时间27 h,活化温度600℃,活化时间75 min。栗子壳活性炭的BET比表面积达636.630 m^(2)/g,总孔体积达0.560 m^(3)/g,平均孔径为3.414 nm,表面孔隙分布均匀,具有多种有机官能团。对于活性大红的吸附值可达到293 mg/g。
Chestnut shell activated carbon(CSAC)was prepared by using chestnut shell residue and activated by ZnCl_(2),which was applied to the adsorption of reactive scarlet in solution.Examines the impregnation ratio,impregnation time,activation temperature and activation time on the properties of chestnut shell activated carbon adsorption effect.The result showed that the best conditions for preparation of activated carbon for:impregnation ratio 1∶12.5 g/mL,impregnation time 27 h,activation temperature of 600℃,the activation time of 75 min,the BET specific surface area was 636.630 m^(2)/g,the total pore volume was 0.560 m^(3)/g,the average pore size was 3.414 nm,the surface pore distribution was uniform,had many kinds of organic functional groups and the best chestnut shell activated carbon for adsorption of reactive scarlet could be up to 293 mg/g.
