摘要
临空经济是以航空枢纽为依托,以现代综合交通运输体系为支撑,提供高时效性、高技术附加值、高质量的产品和服务,并参与全球化分工为特征,集聚航空运输业、高新技术产业和高端生产性服务业而形成的一种新型经济形态。近年来,我国临空经济区的规划和发展呈现快速增长趋势,在国家和地方政府的支持和推动下,我国临空经济发展取得了初步成效。当前,我国临空经济的产业发展模式主要是通过代工为主参与全球价值链分工,临空经济的技术创新活动面临什么问题,各地在发展临空经济的过程中通过何种创新方式促进国外先进技术的转移和加强自主创新,提高我国临空经济发展的核心竞争力,使我国临空产业在参与全球化分工中向价值链高端攀升,是本文研究的重点问题。
The airport economy is a new economic form formed by relying on aviation hubs and supporting the modern comprehensive transportation system,providing high timeliness,high-tech added value,high-quality products and services,and participating in the global division of labor,gathering air transport industry,high-tech industry and highend productive service industry.In recent years,the planning and development of China’s airport economic zone has shown a rapid growth trend,and with the support and promotion of the state and local governments,China’s airport economic development has achieved initial results.At present,the industrial development model of Chinas airport economy is mainly through the OEM to participate in the global value chain division of labor,what problems are faced by the technological innovation activities of the airport economy,and what innovative ways do various localities promote the transfer of foreign advanced technology and strengthen independent innovation in the process of developing the airport economy,improve the core competitiveness of China’s airport industry,and make China’s airport industry climb to the high end of the value chain in participating in the global division of labor,which is the key issue studied in this paper.
