摘要
电机转子是电机类旋转机械设备的核心部件,是电能转化为机械能的枢纽部件与执行部件。在电机机械结构设计时,需要对电机转子静力强度与动强度(轴系动态特性分析)进行校核与评估。在绝大数情况下,异步电机的静力强度在电机设计时预留了较大的安全裕度,并不是轴系力学校核的重点,轴系的动态分析是轴系安全性评估的重要内容,实际工程中异步电机转子故障的经典案例也充分的印证了这一点。基于实际工程案例,着重对异步电机转子轴系动态特性进行分析,充分揭示异步电机轴系运动特性,以达到对电机设计人员启发作用。
The rotor is a core part of rotating machinery equipment of motor class,which is the hub and executive part of converting electrical energy into mechanical energy.In mechanical structure design of motor,the static strength and dynamic strength(shafting dynamic characteristics analysis) of the motor rotor should be checked and evaluated.In most cases,the static strength of induction motor is reserved a large safety margin in design,which is not the focus of mechanical check of shaft system.And yet,the dynamic analysis of shaft system is an important item of the safety assessment,which has been fully confirmed by classical rotor fault case of induction motor in practical engineering.Based on an actual engineering project,this paper mainly analyzes dynamic characteristics of rotor shaft system of induction motor,which fully reveals the shafting motion characteristics of induction motor so as to achieve the enlightenment purpose for motor designers.
