摘要
屏蔽电泵具有无泄漏、高密封可靠性(电机轴系与水力部件为静密封)等优势,广泛的应用于核电、化工以及对机组运行可靠性要求很高的场所。与其它形式旋转机械设备相似,轴系及转子系统的设计是屏蔽泵产品开发设计的关键环节,以一台卧式两极屏蔽电泵为研究对象,对转子系统(包括轴承、轴系本体)的动力学特性进行计算分析,为屏蔽电泵轴系设计、改进优化提供方法与依据。
The canned motor pump has the advantages of no leakage,high sealing reliability(both motor shaft system and hydraulic components are static seals)and others,which is widely used in nuclear power,chemical industry and places that require high reliability of unit operation.Similar to other types of rotating mechanical equipment,the designs of shaft system and rotor system are the key link in the development and design of canned motor pump products.This paper takes a two-stage horizontal canned motor pump as a research object to calculate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of rotor system such as bearing and shaft system body,which provides the methods and basis for the design,improvement and optimization of the shaft system of the canned motor pump.
