摘要
3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务是解决“一小”问题及平衡职场女性家庭与工作,实现共赢的重要举措。我国0~3岁的婴幼儿照护服务一波多折,目前处于初级阶段,正在向标准化、普惠化、多样化的方向有序发展。本文旨在梳理我国托育服务发展的现状及对策,促进解决“幼有所育”,为发展多种形式的托育服务体系建设提供理论依据。
Infant care service for children under 3 years old is an important measure to solve“a infant”problem,balance the family and work of women in the workplace,and achieve a win-win situation.China’s infant care service for 0-3 years old is in the primary stage,and it is developing in an orderly way in the direction of standardization,popularization and diversification.The purpose of this paper is to sort out the development status and countermeasures of nursery services for infants aged 0-3 in China,to promote the solution of“having children”,and to provide theoretical basis for the development of various forms of nurse ry service system construction.
