Research on Thematic Navigation Schemes of Portal Sites of Intergovernmental International Organizations from the Perspective of Information Construction--A Case Study of WHO/Europe Portal Sites

摘要 [目的/意义]针对政府间国际组织门户网站主题导航合理性进行分析并提出优化策略,以提升门户网站向用户传递信息的效率。[方法/过程]信息构建视角下,从内容关系和链接关系两个页面间关联机制出发,分别构建基于两种不同关联机制的关联网络并利用K-Means聚类与主题导航原始分类情况进行对比分析,据此衡量现有主题导航设置的合理性,并选择世界卫生组织下欧洲区域设立的主题门户WHO/Europe为例展开实证分析。[结果/结论]通过对于实证对象主题导航设置的合理性进行剖析,发现该网站现有的主题导航方式存在无法充分体现内容关联等可待完善之处。基于此,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面逐步提出优化全局导航、增设链接和丰富信息内容的系统性优化建议,以期最大程度发挥信息资源的社会效益。 [Purpose/Significance]This paper analyzes the rationality of theme navigation of portal sites of intergovernmental international organizations and puts forward optimization strategies,which can improve the efficiency of portal sites to convey information to users.[Method/Process]From the perspective of information construction,starting from the association mechanism between the two pages of content relationships and link relationships,this paper constructed the association networks based on two different association mechanisms,compared and analyzed the K-means clustering and the original classification of topic navigation,measured the rationality of the existing topic navigation settings,and selected the theme portal WHO/Europe established in the European region under the World Health Organization as an example for empirical analysis.[Result/Conclusion]Through the analysis and discussion of the rationality of the theme navigation setting of the empirical objects,this paper finds that the existing theme navigation methods of the website are unreasonable,including the inability to fully reflect the content relevance.Based on this,this paper puts forward systematic optimization suggestions on optimizing global navigation,adding links and enriching information contents from the macro,meso and micro levels,in order to give full play to the social benefits of information resources.
