摘要
本文从港产城发展演化出发,深入分析港口—产业—城市互动发展关系和不同阶段的发展特点。在深圳建设全球海洋中心城市的背景下,以盐田区为例,研判其发展基础。在借鉴新加坡、伦敦等港口城市的发展经验基础上,从构建国际航运枢纽港、打造海洋战略性新兴产业平台、塑造海洋文旅品牌高地、粤港澳大湾区开放合作和优化海洋经济政策环境五个方面提出了发展建议,以期为盐田区港产城融合发展、创建全球海洋中心城市核心区提供有益参考。
This article Starting from the development and evolution of the port-industry-city,and deeply analyzes the interactive development relationship and the development characteristics of different stages.In the context of Shenzhen to build a global ocean central city,this article taking Yantian District as an example,to analyzes and judges the development foundation.On the basis of drawing on the development experience of port cities such as Singapore and London,development suggestions were put forward from five aspects,such as building an international shipping hub port,building a platform for the ocean strategic emerging industries,shaping the brand highland of marine cultural and tourism,opening up and cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,optimizing the marine economic policy environment.It put forward in order to provide a useful reference for Yantian District to integration development of port-industry-city and to build a core area of global ocean central city.
