摘要
本文从构建逻辑、体系结构和应用特征三个方面,探究了港口及临港土地利用分类体系的构建思路。提出了面向港城协同发展的多层次、针对性的土地分类结构,并分析了其与现行城市用地标准的衔接关系。同时也阐明了构建港口及临港土地分类体系在临港土地功能演化、港城协同发展模式以及港口及临港土地利用效益评价等研究问题中的应用价值。
The establishment of land use classification system for port and port-neighboring area is studied from three aspects of logical construction, structure and application characteristics. A multi-level and targeted land classification system is proposed for the coordinated development of port and city, and its link-up relation with current urban land use standard is analyzed. The above study results show that the establishment of land classification system for port and port-neighboring area plays an important role in the land function evolution, the mode of coordinated development of port and city, the evaluation of land use benefit, and etc.
