摘要
宽幅皮带机是人造板生产线常用的生产设备,在使用过程中该机最常见的问题是皮带跑偏。介绍了宽幅皮带常规调偏的结构和方法,阐述了宽幅皮带的动态纠偏机构,该机构可保证在使用皮带过程中平衡发生变化时能及时纠正跑偏现象。
Wide belt conveyors are commonly used machines in wood-based panel production lines.The most common problem of wide belt conveyors in operation is belt deviation.This paper introduces the structure and method of conventional wide belt deviation adjustment,states a dynamic wide belt deviation rectifying mechanism,which can ensure that deviation can be rectified in time in case of balance changes during belt use.
