10B21冷镦钢冶炼工艺优化实践 被引量:4

摘要 针对10B21含硼钢(/%:0.18-0.23C,≤1.0Si,0.60-0.90Mn,≤0.025P,≤0.020S,≥0.015Alt,≥0.008B)盘条表面铁皮疤缺陷及连铸坯角部表面裂纹进行了分析,通过优化钢的成分控制(/%:0.020-0.050Alt,0.03-0.05Ti,≤0.0060N,0.0008-0.0012B)提高拉速至2.3-2.4m/min以保证铸坯过拉矫时温度≥980℃,采取将连铸二冷比水强度由原1.29L/kg降至1.05L/kg等措施,可以有效控制连铸坯角部表面裂纹的出现,轧制后的盘条表面铁皮疤缺陷率由原来的15%降到1%以下。 According to analysis on the scab defects on the surface of 10B21 boron-containing steel(/%:0.18-0.23C,≤1.0Si,0.60-0.90Mn,≤0.025P,≤0.020S,≥0.015Alt,≥0.008B)wire rod and the surface cracks on the corners of continuous casting billet,by optimizing the composition control of steel(/%:0.020-0.050Alt,0.03-0.05Ti,≤0.0060N,0.0008-0.0012B),increaseing the drawing speed to 2.3-2.4 m/min to ensure the through stretching and straightening temperature of the slab≥980℃;by reducing the specific water strength of the secondary cooling of continuous casting from original 1.29 L/kg to 1.05 L/kg,etc,that can effectively control the corner crack on the surface of continuous casting billet,the scale defect rate is declined from the original 15%to less than 1%after the rolled wire rod.
