摘要
通过对铆螺钢的成分与组织检验,对铆螺钢在冷镦时出现开裂现象的原因进行了分析。结果表明:原料在冶炼过程中存在的较多的含有氧、锰、铁、镁、铝、硫、钙等元素的复合夹杂物,是造成铆螺钢冷镦微裂的根本原因。
The reason of cracking phenomenon occurring of the cold forging steel was analyzed by the composition and microstructure tests. The results show that the presence of larger amount of the complex inclusion containing elements of O, Mn, Fe, Mg, Al, S and Ca in the stuff which was smelted results in the crack of the cold forging steel during the cold heading process.
