摘要
以闽北乌龙茶为原料制得茶寡肽粗提物,并采用膜分离方式制得500~1500 Da分子量段乌龙茶寡肽,探究其降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化等生物学活性。结果表明,乌龙茶寡肽对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半抑制浓度(IC_(50))为0.093 mg·mL^(-1);与胆酸钠、牛磺胆酸钠和甘胆酸钠的结合率分别为24.26%、24.10%和23.66%;对DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基)自由基的IC_(50)为0.033 mg·mL^(-1),高于谷胱甘肽对DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基)自由基的IC_(50)(0.099 mg·mL^(-1)),揭示了乌龙茶寡肽具有降血糖和抗氧化能力。本研究从寡肽构成的全新角度,对茶叶功效物质基础进行了初步探究。
Crude extract of oligopeptides was prepared from Fujian oolong teas produced in northern regions to obtain the chemical segments with a molecular weight ranging from 500 Da to 1500 Da by membrane separation.The in vitro antiglycemic,antilipemic,and antioxidant activities of the preparation were determined in laboratory.The semi-inhibitory concentration(IC_(50))of the tea oligopeptides onα-glucosidase was found to be 0.093 mg·mL^(-1)and the binding rates with sodium cholate,sodium taurocholate,and sodium glycholate 24.26%,24.10%,and 23.66%,respectively.The IC_(50) on DPPH(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrhydrazyl)free radical was 0.033 mg·mL^(-1),which was higher than that of glutathione at 0.099 mg·mL^(-1),suggesting potential antidiabetic and antioxidant abilities of the extract.The preliminary results obtained with a new perspective of the oligopeptides seemed to present a promising application of the oolong tea.
