摘要
为探索不同方法得到的爆轰产物组成对爆热计算的影响,分别对不同炸药采用理论方法和经验方法得到的爆轰产物组成进行了分析,并对由此得到的爆热计算结果进行了比较与讨论。结果表明:对典型乳化炸药,采用以理论方法得到爆轰产物组成计算的爆热与以B-W经验方法得到爆轰产物组成计算的爆热差别不超过10%,说明能量优先的经验方法得到的爆炸产物组成用于计算乳化炸药爆热可满足工程需要;对于RDX、TNT、PETN等炸药,按经验方法得出爆轰产物组成计算的爆热明显与理论计算存在较大误差,理论得到爆轰产物组成计算的爆热与最大放热量经验规则得到的爆热相近,相差在5%左右。
In order to explore the influence of the detonation product composition(DPC)obtained by different methods on the calculation of detonation heat,the DPCs obtained by theoretical and empirical methods from different explosives were analyzed respectively,and the calculated detonation heat results are compared and discussed.The results show two aspects.First,for typical emulsion explosives,the difference of the calculated detonation heat of DPCs obtained by the theoretical method and the B-W empirical method is not more than 10%,which means that the DPC obtained by the empirical method of energy priority can be used to calculate the detonation heat of emulsion explosives,and its result can meet the engineering requirements.Second,for RDX,TNT,PETN and other explosives,the calculated detonation heat of the DPC obtained by the empirical method obviously has a large error with that by the theoretical calculation,and the calculated detonation heat by the DPC obtained by the theoretical method is similar to that obtained by the empirical rule of maximum exothermic heat,with a difference of about 5%.
