摘要
以少年足球运动员为研究对象,对不同训练负荷的心理变化与调控进行了研究,参考国家足协规定指标,设定3000 m跑、5000 m跑、8000 m跑分别对应小负荷训练、中负荷训练、大负荷训练,运动员如果训练强度较大,将会降低ABQ指标成就感,心理疲劳Z加权总分、运动负评价较训练小强度显著升高P <0.05。负荷训练的强度不同,会影响少年足球运动员的心理状态,大强度负荷训练运动员要比小强度负荷的训练运动员的心理状态起伏大,且差异具有显著性,并在注意力、动机上有显著性差异存在,P <0.01,而其余指标差异不明显。最后提出对不同训练负荷的足球运动员进行调控,包括完善心理技能训练,加强心理状态监控;科学安排训练负荷,加强情景训练等方法;营造宽松的训练氛围;使足球运动员掌握科学训练方法。
In this paper,young football players are taken as the research object to study the psychological changes and regulation of different training loads.Referring to the indexes stipulated by the National Football Association,3000m,5000m and 8000m runs are respectively set to correspond to small load training,medium load training and heavy load training.After the completion of heavy load training,the achievement sense of ABQ index and z-weighted total psychological fatigue of the players are reduced Compared with the training intensity,the negative evaluation of score and exercise significantly increased(P<0.05).Different intensity of load training will affect the psychological state ofjuvenile football players.The psychological state of high intensity load training players is more fluctuant than that of low intensity load training players,and the difference is significant,and there are significant differences in attention and motivation,P<0.01,while the other indicators are not significant.At last,it puts forward the methods of adjusting and controlling the football players with different training load,including improving the psychological skill training,strengthening the monitoring of psychological state,scientifically arranging the training load,strengthening the scene training,etc.,creating a relaxed training atmosphere,and making the football players master the scientific training methods.
