摘要
目的分析现阶段我国中医药人才评价体系的不足,构建科学合理的中医药人才评价体系,为推动我国中医药事业的发展提供借鉴。方法对我国现行的主要中医药人才评价相关政策进行系统梳理,并综合分析中医药人才评价指标构建的相关研究。结果通过对政策和文献的相应分析,发现我国中医药人才评价体系主要存在中医特色薄弱、指标单一、评价主体缺位等方面的问题。结论可通过构建分层分类指标、加大中医药相关考核、引入第三方评价机制,构建符合中医药行业发展特点的人才评价体系,以科学合理地选拔和培养中医药人才。
Objective To identify the shortcomings of the evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents in China,establish a scientific and reasonable TCM talent evaluation system,and provide evidence for the development of TCM undertakings in China.Methods We systematically sorted out the current major TCM talent evaluation policies in China and comprehensively analyzed the studies on the development of TCM talent evaluation indicators.Results Analysis of policies and literature revealed that the evaluation systems of TCM talents in China had shortcomings including weak relevance to TCM,monotonous indicators,and lack of evaluation subjects.Conclusions A more scientific and reasonable talent evaluation system that conforms to the development characteristics of TCM should be established by establishing hierarchical classification indicators,enhancing TCM-related reviews,and introducing third-party evaluation mechanisms.
