摘要
科学的评价是检验人才培养效果的关键。实施评价的前提要求建立一套科学全面、可操作性强的质量标准与操作框架,以降低医院人才评价方案制定与实施的随意性、提高评价人才培养方案的可操作性。针对目前中医医院高层次人才培养评价的现状与问题,通过总结有关高层次医学人才评价经验,形成研究思路,提出了一套对评价中医医院高层次人才培养具有普适意义的操作框架与技术路线。
Scientific evaluation is the key of testing the talent cultivation effect.It calls for establishing a scientific,comprehensive and workable standard to reduce arbitrariness on developing the high-level talent evaluation program,and improve operability on cultivation.For the current situation and problems of high-level training evaluation of TCM hospital,this article summarizes relevant experience of the cultivation of high-level talents to form research ideas,and finally propose a basic frame and technical route with universal significance.
