Objective:To study the relationship between serum Pepsinogen(PG)and Gastrin(G)levels and helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer.Methods:105 patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer in our hospital between December 2019 and April 2021 were chose as positive group,106 patients with helicobacter pylori negative peptic ulcer as negative group and 112 cases of health checker as health group,The levels of serum pepsinogen and gastrin in the three groups were detected and the differences of the results were analyzed. Results:The levels of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡand G-17 in positive group were significantly higher than those in negative group and healthy group(P<0.05).The serum levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡand G-17 in helicobacter pylori peptic ulcer patients in positive group were higher than those in negative group(P<0.05).The levels of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡand G-17 in the positive group were higher than those in the negative group(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ,G-17 levels were positively correlated with helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between serum pepsinogen and gastrin levels and helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer, which can be used as an important risk factor for diagnosis of helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer.
