摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡行四联疗法与胃苏颗粒联合治疗的临床效果.方法选择2021年6月—2023年1月于该院就诊的116例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各58例.对照组采用四联疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加以胃苏颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子、Hp根除率、胃肠激素指标及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.38%,高于对照组的77.59%,观察组Hp根除率为91.38%,高于对照组的75.86%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4周后,观察组胃动素、胃泌素、降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白和白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论四联疗法联合胃苏颗粒治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者能够改善其炎性因子水平并提高Hp根除率,减轻胃肠反应,且具有较高的安全性.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of quadruple therapy combined with Weisu granule in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive peptic ulcer.Methods 116 patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer who were treated in the hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Weisu granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,Hp eradication rate,gastrointestinal hormone indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.38%,which was higher than 77.59%of the control group,and the Hp eradication rate of the observation group was 91.38%,which was higher than 75.86%of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of motilin,gastrin,procalcitonin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Quadruple therapy combined with Weisu granules in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer can improve the levels of inflammatory factors and Hp eradication rate,reduce gastrointestinal reactions,and has high safety.
