摘要
发酵饲料具有维持动物肠道菌群微生态平衡、提高动物对饲料的消化吸收利用率、增强动物机体免疫、提高动物饲料适口性、提高动物生产性能等功能,在畜禽养殖中具有安全、营养等独特的优势。本文综述了微生物发酵饲料的分类和功能及其在哺乳母猪生产上的应用研究进展,为发酵饲料在养猪生产中的研究和应用提供参考依据。
Fermented feed has the functions of maintaining the microecological balance of animal intestinal flora, improving the utilization rate of animal feed digestion and absorption, enhancing animal immunity, improving palatability of animal feed, improving animal production performance and so on. It has unique advantages in livestock and poultry breeding, such as safety and nutrition. The classification and function of microbial fermented feed and its application in lactating sows production were reviewed in this paper to provide reference for the research and application of microbial fermented feed in pig production.
