摘要
不同于普通ICU重症患者,多发伤患者病情更为严重,其机体所受创伤较多,无疑增加了临床诊治的困难,机械通气目前被认为是挽救多发伤患者的重要手段,为进一步提高患者的治疗效果,对患者实施适度镇静治疗十分必要。现阶段右美托咪啶已在多种ICU重症患者的机械通气治疗中得到广泛应用,尚未见学者开展将其用于多发伤患者的相关研究,本文旨在通过分析多发伤患者的主要发病机制、治疗原则以及右美托咪啶的药理机制、临床应用等方面内容,为后续开展右美托咪啶在多发伤机械通气患者中镇静镇痛有效性、安全性的相关标准化研究提供一定临床依据。
Different from the general ICU patients with severe, polytrauma patient condition is more serious, the more the body suffers trauma, no doubt increased the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diffi-cult, mechanical ventilation at present is considered to be an important means to save the patients with multiple trauma, in order to further improve the therapeutic effect of patients, it is necessary to implement moderate sedation therapy for patients. Dexmedetomidine is right at present stage in a variety of ICU critical patients with mechanical ventilation treatment standardization widely ap-plication, scholars have not been in it for the researches of the patients with multiple trauma, the purpose of this paper is to through the analysis of the main pathogenesis of multiple trauma pa-tients, treatment principle as well as the dexmedetomidine in the pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of dexmedetomidine organism aspects of content. In order to improve the clini-cal basis for the follow-up standardized studies on the efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine for sedation and analgesia in mechanical ventilation patients with multiple injuries.
