基于有限元法的波纹曲梁结构振动特性研究

摘要 波纹曲梁结构具有轻质、高耐压强度和变形小等一系列优点,在桥梁、交通运输和船舶等工程领域得到广泛应用。首先根据厚曲梁理论,采用有限元法和罚函数法建立一般边界条件下波纹曲梁结构振动分析模型;然后确定惩罚因子取值,对波纹曲梁结构模型开展有效性验证,验证该模型可以求解波纹曲梁结构在一般边界条件下的自由振动特性;最后研究几何参数对波纹曲梁结构固有频率的影响。结果表明,增加厚度会明显提高波纹曲梁结构稳定性,增加曲率半径和曲梁弧度会显著降低波纹曲梁结构稳定性。 The corrugated curved beam structure has a series of advantages such as light weight,high compressive strength and small deformation,it is widely used in bridge,transportation and ship engineering fields.Firstly,based on thick curved beam theory,the vibration analysis model of corrugated curved beam structure under general boundary condition is established by using finite element and penalty function methods.Then,the value of penalty factor is determined,the validity of corrugated curved beam structure model is verified for demonstrating the model can solve the free vibration characteristics of corrugated curved beam structure under general boundary conditions.Finally,the influence of geometric parameters on the natural frequencies of corrugated curved beams is studied.The results show that the stability of corrugated curved beam structure can be improved obviously by increasing the thickness,the stability of corrugated curved beam structure can be reduced significantly by increasing the curvature radius and curved beam radian.
